Information clause (Article 14 GDPR)

Concerns data obtained from publicly available sources.

  1. The controller of your personal data is MPL Energy sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zabrze (41-807) at ul. Handlowa 13, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000365558, NIP: 6312620276, REGON: 241743065 (the "Controller").
  2. The Controller may be contacted by post to the registered office address indicated in section 1, or by email at: iodo@mplgroup.pl.
  3. Your personal data comprising first name, last name, position, and contact details (email address, telephone number, correspondence address) was obtained from publicly available sources, in particular the National Court Register (KRS), the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), the website of the entity you represent, as well as social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) or internet search engines.
  4. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of establishing contact related to the possibility of business cooperation and determining whether you are interested in receiving information about the Controller's offer. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in establishing and developing business relationships and identifying potential contractors interested in cooperation with the Controller.
  5. Recipients of the data may be entities providing sales and marketing support services, IT services, and email services to the Controller, as well as entities authorised to receive data under applicable law.
  6. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
  7. Personal data will be stored for the period of establishing and conducting business contact, and in the event of an objection - immediately after it is effectively raised.   8. You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object at any time to the processing of data for the purpose of business contact referred to in section 4 - in which case the Controller will cease processing the data for that purpose.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  10. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
