Low-voltage Hoymiles LB series energy storage in LiFePO4 chemistry, with capacities from 5.12 to 20.48 kWh per single unit and expansion up to 16 units in parallel (as much as 256 kWh). A recommended 90% depth of discharge delivers more usable energy, and cycle life reaches 8,000 cycles. G3 models support low-temperature charging with optional heating, and the modular LB-5-20S-G2 series carries an IP66 rating for outdoor installation. They work with Hoymiles HIT and HIS hybrid inverters.

Five LB models.

Comparison of the LB series models. All use LiFePO4 chemistry, a recommended 90% depth of discharge and connect up to 16 units in parallel. Charge/discharge power: for the G2 series the maximum continuous value is shown, for the G3 series the recommended value.

Lithium iron phosphate cells with an enhanced safety level and an intelligent BMS.
Scalable to 16 units
Parallel connection of up to 16 modules, meaning as much as 256 kWh in a single system.
Low-temperature operation
G3 models with optional heating charge down to -20 °C, and the LB-5-20S-G2 series is self-heating.
90% deep discharge
A recommended 90% depth of discharge (DOD) increases the usable energy from every cycle.
Up to 8,000 cycles
Up to 8,000 cycles at 90% DOD and 70% EOL, with a 5-10 year warranty.
Indoor and outdoor mounting
Enclosures rated up to IP66, wall or floor mounting thanks to quick connectors.
